Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join our team and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams. As an intern, you will play a supporting yet visible role in helping us define requirements, analyze data, identify opportunities, and ensure successful execution of projects. You will gain hands-on experience in real-world product cycles and business operations, developing the analytical and strategic skills essential for a career in product or business analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations) to gather, refine, and document business requirements
• Support in creating user stories, workflow diagrams, and process flows
• Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to derive insights, trends, and recommendations
• Generate regular and ad hoc reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics
• Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Drive hypothesis formulation, testing, and validation through experimentation
• Communicate your findings effectively (visually and in writing) to internal stakeholders
• Assist with project coordination, ensuring alignment between teams and deliverables
• Continuously identify areas for process improvement and assist in implementing enhancements

Who You Are / Desired Profile

• You are a final-year student, recent graduate, or early-career professional with 0–1 year of work experience
• Strong academic credentials (Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields)
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with numbers, datasets, and analytical tools
• Experience (academic or personal) with spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), data querying (SQL or equivalent)
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) is a plus
• Ability to dig deep, ask the right questions, and synthesize complex information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present insights and recommendations clearly
• Self-motivated, curious, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
• Collaborative team player with a desire to learn and make tangible impact
