HR Reverse Recruitment Associate We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Reverse Recruitment Associate to join our team at Co-Pilot, based at IT Park, Chandigarh. Reporting to the HR Manager and working within our Corporate Consulting division, you will play a key role in reverse recruitment — actively sourcing, engaging, and managing candidate outreach and talent pipelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Execute reverse recruitment activities by proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and research.
  • Source and screen potential candidates against job requirements, assessing suitability through initial conversations and shortlisting for further rounds.
  • Maintain and manage candidate databases, tracking engagement, feedback, and status updates in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Coordinate with internal hiring managers to understand job profiles, hiring priorities, and key skills required.
  • Schedule interviews, collect feedback, and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct candidate outreach campaigns including cold calls, emails, social media messaging, and referral drives.
  • Track metrics such as response rates, pipeline volumes, time-to-fill, and conversion rates. Provide periodic reports and insights to HR leadership.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, guiding candidates through the process, and addressing queries.
  • Stay updated with industry recruiting trends, sourcing tools, and best practices in talent acquisition and reverse recruitment.
  • Assist with employer branding and engagement initiatives to attract and retain talent.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Freshers or professionals with 0–1 year experience in HR, recruitment, sourcing, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written) and proficiency in Hindi is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Proactive, target-driven mindset with strong ownership and initiative.
  • Basic computer proficiency: MS Office, email, spreadsheets. Experience with any ATS or recruitment tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to multitask, handle shifting priorities, and work under deadlines.
  • Curiosity to learn, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering high quality output.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment (on-site, 5 days a week).
