Learner Success Intern Qift Solutech is seeking motivated, empathetic, and communicative individuals to join the team as Learner Success Associates. In this role, you will act as a crucial point of contact for learners enrolled in our educational programs. Your primary goal will be to ensure a positive, efficient, and supportive learning experience from onboarding through completion. This internship is ideal for recent graduates or early‑career professionals who are passionate about education technology and helping learners achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of support for learners: respond to queries regarding course content, schedules, technical issues, and other concerns.
• Track learner progress and engagement metrics, identify learners who are struggling or falling behind, and proactively reach out to offer assistance.
• Coordinate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical support to resolve issues promptly and clearly.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups with learners to maintain motivation, clarify doubts, and ensure satisfactory experience.
• Collect feedback from learners regarding their learning experience, suggesting improvements or areas of concern.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, feedback, and follow‑ups using internal tools or CRM systems.
• Assist in designing or refining learner success strategies, onboarding materials, and support documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English; additional proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
• Good organizational ability, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple learner‑related tasks simultaneously.
• Basic comfort with technology: ability to use online learning platforms, tools (Zoom, LMS, etc.), spreadsheets, and CRM or ticketing systems.
• Proactive mindset: ability to anticipate learner needs, follow up without being prompted, and take initiative in problem‑solving.
• A passion for education, learning processes, and learner outcomes.
