About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant to join our consulting practice in Bengaluru. In this early-career role, you will support clients in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Financials modules. You will be part of a collaborative team working on end-to-end financial transformation, helping organizations modernize their finance systems and processes. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in requirement gathering, workshops, and fit-gap analysis with business stakeholders
• Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Financials modules (e.g. General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management)
• Support data migration, integration, testing (unit, system, UAT), and deployment activities
• Work closely with technical teams to coordinate interface and integration development
• Document functional specifications, test plans, and user manuals
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolution of business / technical issues during implementation
• Support training and knowledge transfer to client teams
• Contribute to design discussions, process improvements, and best practices
• Ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to project timelines and deliverables

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline
• 0 to 2 years of experience (internships or freshers with relevant exposure preferred)
• Exposure or academic understanding of financial accounting, core finance processes, and business workflows
• Some familiarity or interest in ERP or financial systems implementation
• Basic knowledge of SQL, data models, and relational databases
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills—written and verbal—and ability to interact with stakeholders
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on challenging assignments

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

• Exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials or other ERP financial modules
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, integration tools, Web Services, REST APIs
• Understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance
• Experience with data migration tools, ETL, or scripting
• Consulting mindset: client orientation, project discipline, and process awareness

Working Model & Location
This role is based out of our Bengaluru office. Candidates may be expected to collaborate with offshore/onshore teams and travel occasionally for client workshops or go-live support.
