Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Associate Developer (0 to 2 years of experience) to join our development team. Key Responsibilities

1. Development & Implementation
   • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code based on specifications.
   • Build modules, components, and services in accordance with architecture and design guidelines.
   • Collaborate with product and design teams to convert user stories into working features.
2. API Design & Integration
   • Design and implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrate with internal or third-party services.
   • Manage data exchange formats (JSON, XML) and ensure robust error handling.
3. Database & Data Management
   • Work with relational databases such as MySQL/PostgreSQL, design schema, optimize queries, and manage migrations.
   • Perform data validations, handling, and transformations.
4. Testing & Quality Assurance
   • Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in code reviews.
   • Debug, fix bugs, and optimize performance issues across the application stack.
5. Version Control & Collaboration
   • Use Git for version control, maintain branches, perform merges, and adhere to commit standards.
   • Participate in agile ceremonies—standups, sprint planning, retrospectives.
6. Documentation & Maintenance
   • Document design, APIs, workflows, and technical specifications.
