The Role: Software Developer, Optimum (Partner Support)

You will join the Optimus team, which handles technical support, troubleshooting, platform stability, and partner integrations behind the scenes. Your job will be to keep our partner-facing systems robust, responsive, and scalable.

What you will do:

Provide technical support and issue resolution to more than 800 enterprise partners using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Go. Lever+2Built In+2

Engage in meetings with international clients for live troubleshooting and support. Lever+1

Who We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications & Skills:
